Who we are

Bemand is an initiative of Sitelane, a trade name of T.I. van den Bosch Beheer B.V. (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 57716420), Nieuwe Gracht 127, Delft, the Netherlands. We are responsible for the details you give us through this site. Questions go to info@sitelane.nl.

Which details and why

When you fill in the signup form, we receive your name, your email address, your choice (for example the AI café or a build day) and, if you fill them in, your company name and your question. We only use these details to handle your signup and email you back. We do this because you ask us to. We will not send you a newsletter unless you ask for one separately.

Who processes the details

• Brevo (France) sends your signup as an email to our mailbox. Brevo does not keep the details for its own purposes.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and uses Turnstile to check that a person fills in the form. Cloudflare is a US company and falls under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Plausible (EU) counts visits to the site. Plausible uses no cookies and stores no personal data.

We do not sell your details and do not share them with anyone else.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies, so there is nothing to accept.

How long we keep details

We keep your signup for as long as we are in touch, and at most two years after that. If you become a client, the legal retention periods for accounting apply.

Your rights

You can view, correct or delete your details. Email info@sitelane.nl. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your details, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
