What owners ask us
Do I have to start with the build day?+
No. They are two separate trainings. If your team wants to learn to build, pick the build day. If you see unrest in your team, start with the team day.
What is the monthly scan?+
Every month we go through four questions with you. What is going well? Where is the risk in your approach? What needs to improve? And how do you get a level higher without leaving anyone behind?
What do I need on the day?+
A laptop and a paid Claude subscription (Claude Pro) per participant. You do not need any programming skills.
My people are not technical. Does this still work?+
Yes. The energy label team from our case had no software background and built 17 tools in five months.
Am I tied to anything?+
The trainings are separate. The membership runs for at least twelve months, because rhythm is what makes a team grow. Whatever you build stays yours.
What if it does not work for us?+
That risk is real: about half of the teams make the shift. You keep whatever you have built. The team day is there for the people who are not keeping up yet.
