You learn it from people who do it themselves every day

Initiator and mentor

Tim van den Bosch

Tim learned his craft with his hands. Six years of school and ten thousand hours later he was the fastest CSS writer he knew. Within eighteen months that skill was worth nothing. That is where Bemand starts: anyone who sees their craft change should be able to learn the new one.

Tim has worked in digital for twenty years, including as co-founder and CTO of the digital agency a friend of mine, now part of DEPT®. In recent years he turned his one-person agency into a fully AI-driven practice. Clients kept asking him to teach their people how to work agentic first: AI agents do the execution, you steer.

With his agency Sitelane in Delft, Tim builds websites and custom software for smaller businesses. He works with AI agents himself every day: from quotes and bookkeeping to complete client platforms.

As an official Cursor Ambassador he already passed that way of working on to development teams at large organisations, from a telecom provider to a maritime engineering firm. The goal there is the same as here: afterwards the team can do it themselves.

In the studio he carries that on and gives it back. Alongside the teams walk junior AI experts: young people learning the new way of working in practice, on real cases.

Expert lead change & mediation

Gert Hans Berghuis

Gert Hans was the owner of design agency Fabrique. After that he worked as an innovator inside a corporate and gained experience with mergers and acquisitions. He completed the three-year programme at the Institute for Integral Psychology and trained as an MfN-registered mediator.

He sees the real problem quickly and helps people solve it themselves. He looks without judgement, understands everyone's side and stays optimistic. "Not to be confused with naivety," as he puts it himself.

In the studio he is the expert for the team day. When AI unsettles a team, he brings the owner and the staff back to the same table.

Expert lead sales & commerce

Boris Peters

Boris is the director of The Blue Hour in The Hague. With benchmark research among hundreds of commercial decision makers he gets sales organisations meetings at senior level. His fascination: data combined with the psychology of persuasion.

Over the past year he rebuilt his own operation with agents, from survey reminders to bookkeeping and campaigns. In the studio he is the expert for sales and commerce: the field with the longest processes and therefore the most to gain.

seniority

The new craft is so young that showing is the only school there is.

These portraits are waiting for a face

The studio starts with a small core and grows with mentors and junior AI experts from the region. The flywheel: whoever learned the craft here goes on to teach it. Do you see yourself hanging here?
